How we move from stuck to scaling

Our coaching engagement follows a deliberate arc. Each phase builds on the last, so nothing is wasted and every conversation has a clear purpose.

Week one — the diagnostic

We pull apart your revenue model, team structure, and daily operations. Most founders discover at least two hidden bottlenecks they had normalised. We map these out visually and assign financial impact scores so you know exactly where to focus first.

Weeks two to four — the strategy sprint

Together we build a 90-day plan with three to five high-leverage moves. No 40-page decks — just a living document you can act on tomorrow. We stress-test each initiative against your capacity, cash flow, and competitive landscape before committing.

Weeks five to eight — execution and adjustment

Bi-weekly sessions keep momentum. We review leading indicators, troubleshoot blockers, and adjust the plan when reality pushes back. This is where most coaching programmes fall apart — ours leans in harder, because the gap between plan and action is where growth actually happens.

Ongoing — the accountability loop

After the initial sprint, many clients move to a monthly cadence. We track quarterly KPIs, revisit your strategic roadmap, and ensure you never drift back into the reactive mode that held you back. Think of it as a board of advisors, distilled into one focused relationship.

What we actually work on

Every engagement is tailored, but these are the territories we cover most. Click any area to see what a typical engagement looks like.

We examine your pricing, sales pipeline, and customer lifetime value to find money you are leaving on the table. Most businesses we work with have at least one product or service that is under-priced by 20–35 per cent. We also look at upsell paths, referral mechanisms, and recurring revenue potential. The goal is to increase average deal size and reduce the cost of acquiring each new customer, often within the first quarter of working together.
Scaling a business means scaling yourself out of daily operations. We help you identify which roles to hire next, how to structure accountability, and how to run meetings that actually produce decisions. If you are the bottleneck — and most founders are — we design a delegation framework that frees your calendar for the work only you can do.
We audit your workflows, technology stack, and reporting cadence. The aim is to eliminate duplicated effort, reduce decision fatigue, and give you a dashboard of five to seven numbers that tell you the health of your business at a glance. We have seen clients reclaim ten or more hours per week simply by restructuring how information flows through their team.
If your ideal customer cannot explain what you do in one sentence, your positioning needs work. We refine your value proposition, competitive differentiation, and go-to-market narrative so that every piece of marketing, every sales conversation, and every landing page pulls in the same direction. Clarity here compounds across every channel.
Many talented founders avoid their numbers. We change that by teaching you to read a P&L with confidence, forecast cash flow accurately, and set margin targets that fund sustainable growth. This is not an accounting course — it is a practical skill-set that lets you make faster, braver decisions with real data behind them.

Questions we hear often

If your question is not here, bring it to the clarity call. Nothing is off limits.

Courses give you frameworks. Coaching gives you a mirror and a map — specific to your business, your numbers, and your blind spots. Every session is built around your live challenges, not pre-recorded modules. We work with your actual data, not hypothetical case studies.
Most of our clients generate between £200k and £5m in annual revenue. Some are solo founders; others have teams of up to 40 people. The common thread is ambition paired with a willingness to be challenged. If you are pre-revenue and still validating your idea, we may not be the right fit yet.
Both. We are based in South Heaney, Wales, and welcome face-to-face meetings for local clients. Most engagements run via video call, which keeps the rhythm tight and eliminates travel time. We have coached founders across the UK, Europe, and as far as Australia without losing any impact.
Our initial eight-week programme starts at £2,400. Ongoing monthly retainers range from £600 to £1,200 depending on session frequency and scope. We are transparent about pricing from the first conversation — no bait-and-switch, no hidden upsells. The clarity call is always free and carries no obligation.
That depends on the complexity of your situation and how fast you implement. Our median client reports a measurable win — a closed deal, a cost reduction, a process improvement — within six weeks. Larger strategic shifts like repositioning or team restructuring take three to six months to fully land, but we set milestones along the way so progress is always visible.
